Mr. Mueller, who has always had a high degree of interest in landscape design and stone products, believed the stone deposit had excellent potential for landscape and masonry applications.

Indeed, Mr. Mueller was right. The stone deposit, in geological terms, is part of the Dakota Formation which is well known for very high quality sandstone.

Ferd is the father of seven children and has two sons who are actively involved and share holders in the Business. Matthew Mueller is the General Manager – VP and handles the administrative, sales and marketing aspects of the corporation. Bradley Mueller is the Operations Manager – VP and oversees all aspects of the quarry operations.
